Santosha believes that grief is sacred and deserves to be honored, seen and held. It is not something to be gotten over, fixed or healed. All we aim to do is to give you the support you need to feel empowered to find your own inner wisdom. To give you tools and practices to better move through these tough emotions and cultivate a better relationship with your grief. Santosha means contentment - not in a complacent way, but actively choosing to find peace, acceptance and even joy in all seasons of life, the ups, the down and in-betweens. Embracing the full spectrum of your grief journey - the ugly tears, big laughs, messy truths, real talk. It all deserves to be witnessed and seen. This takes practice and support, and this is what I'm here for.

At Santosha, we are dedicated to fostering community and challenging the stigma surrounding mental health and grief conversations. Our support groups powerfully affirm that grief is a universal experience that deserves to be shared and honored. Here, you’ll find a safe, nonjudgmental space to share your experiences, break down barriers, and embrace the full spectrum of grief—the ugly tears, the uncomfortable truths, and the big laughs. All are welcome.
Mental Health Support

Loss and grief encompasses so much more beyond death, and includes so many significant life changes we all encounter. During these challenging times, having that extra bit of support can make all the difference on your journey. Whatever you're facing, I'm here to guide you and empower you to navigate your path with effective techniques and personalized plans tailored to your unique challenges, needs, and strengths.

Somatic Therapy

We employ a range of proven modalities and practices for nervous system regulation, grounding, and embodiment. By integrating trauma-informed principles, we empower clients to engage in practices that enhance their mind-body connection, release stored trauma and emotions, and cultivate a more mindful, regulated state. Using techniques like breathwork, somatic practices, journaling, gentle movement and sound, we can aim to find a better sense of grounding when waves of grief or moments of dysregulation hit us the hardest. This approach enables us to navigate life with a greater sense of freedom and embodiment. We know hard days will always come, but with the right tools we can come back to center quicker and easier without losing ourselves. And that's on growth!
